THE ENDLESS TRAFIC JAM IN DAR ES SALAAM WITH PEOPLE’S ECONOMY
Traffic jam is a
serious detrimental to the Dar es Salaam business undertakings, a disappointing
chaos nearly from 2007 to date, the government has been investing in the
expansion of city roads to make sure the problem is eradicated.
Among the problems facing the Dar-es-Salaam city and
other places is bad planning and lack of adherents to what plans entail when
they have been well laid out. Being a commercial capital of Tanzania of, most
traders and farmers the targeted market is in Dar es Salaam for their goods and
crops.
It is obvious in various growing cities to have a
number of chaoses which can happen endlessly with the given area where people
live, mostly resulted by the increase population due to the urbanization which
takes place in various growing and large cities.
Among the problems facing such
cities like Dar-es-Salaam area the endless traffic jam in different places
especial in the main roads and even in the city center; for the city like
Dar-es-Salaam having long traffic jams is not a surprising issue as it is a
normal thing.
A traffic jam in some of the roads.
There a number of reasons on the source of the
problem depending on the place though they can vary but the common ones are;
The increase in earning and better economic status
of people has great effect on transport sector; this gives the purchasing power
and so buying a car is not a matter of discussion because money talks, so the
outcome is high rate of purchased cars leading increase of locomotives while
still the transporting networking is still the same. Finally traffic jams are
resulted with in such large cities which become a problem to the people using
the private and even the public transport face the same catastrophe.
The limited infrastructure which was built during
the colonial era to date is a problem resulting too long and endless jams, the
increase of the population causes to increase in the uses on the roads which do
not correspond to the infrastructure available. The number of cars available
does not much with what the transporting network, this results to a great
problem to the users of such roads.
Traffic jams have serious consequences on the
economic sector in terms of business operations, vehicle operation costs, time
and public health, effects in relations, loss of income, decline in education
performance, effects in other sectors.
On the above problems and the reasons for the
present traffic jams the government needs to play a great role to end it
completely because we believe nothing is impossible, so among the solutions to
be done should be expansion of the present roads, rehabilitation of traffic
light and more strictness on the part of the police in checking wayward
drivers.
The government has to control the much use of private
car by having the public vehicles such as high speed buses electrical trains or
railway system, by increasing the parking fee while the public vehicles are
already in the system shall eradicate the current problem.
Apart from that the
citizens have the moment of controlling this by handling the transporting
networking which are available and still in the process of being built.
The rehabilitation of the old railway system left by
colonialist has to be charged depending on the two days situation.
The government is planning city trains that will be
from Ubungo to city center, flyover and bus rapid transit infrastructures. By
this the traffic jam is nearly to be vanished and for real people basically who
are living in the growing areas will find life good on their side and live
comfortable.
DO STUDENTS NEED DISCUSSION AFTER BEING IN CLASS?
A discussion refers to the action or process of
talking about something, typically in order to reach a decision or to exchange
ideas; it also means a conversion or debate about a certain topic. A discussion
can is also an oral exploration of a topic, object, concept or experience.
All learners need frequent opportunities to generate and share their questions and ideas in small and whole class setting; teachers who encourage and accept students questions and comments without judgment and clarify understanding by paraphrasing difficult terms stimulate the exchange of ideas.

Discussions have various purposes to the students basically in today's education techniques; helps the students to make sense of the various matters that are happening in the world in various spheres of a human life talking on the economical, political, social and aspect that regard a man.
Provide opportunity for students to clarify and expand their ideas and those of others, to promote positive group interaction and conversation, to demonstrate questioning
techniques also sharing of ideas and events on the
perspective issues tents them is aware of what is taking place.
The guided discussions being with teachers-posed questions that promote the exploration of the particular theme, topic or issue; through discussion, students should achieve a deeper understanding of the topics. And after some time is spent on teacher-directed questioning, student should be encouraged to facilitate discussions by continuing to formulate and pose questions appropriate to the topic of study.
In students discussion participation can vary depending on the number of students available, discussion can be conducted in large and small groups, students need to have full participation by asking questions and not letting few control the groups.
Discussions to students are of great important as far as the understanding is required among them, discussion helps students have a deep understanding in what was not clear in classes; this is among the techniques used in various schools and even at college level. So it takes students to the better stage of knowing deeply their subjects; this makes them up-grade their performance in class and other areas concerning the various knowledge.
Discussions make them share various things as they are being together in the group discussions since they stay together for a given particular time as people of different characters, thoughts and even understandings in leading increase in knowledge; so this makes them know each other as group discussion gives them an ample being together.
A number of students in the group studies tend to share different things in common and their friendship extends even after school life for some of them as they become aware of each other; so group discussion is as useful as it is in socializing in the school life.
THE BUILDING OF THE CHURCH HALL WILL BE AS AN INVESTMENT IN FUTURE:
Most of the economic activities are done in places
like the churches for the aim of running different activities which could be
spiritual, socially and even economically; in the some years ago the missions
had a great support from European countries to the followers such food, cloth
and any other kind of support which was possible, as time went things have
changed to a great level not monetary support again from such countries. So
currently; the African churches need to have their source of income to run
their different activities.
Kawe parish is among the catholic churches which
is investing in building the hall that is determined to be of great importance
for them to solve various problems facing it, the hall is expected to have
variety of functions such as for meeting, prayers, spiritual ceremonies,
weddings, send-offs all this is to avoid
the dependence. So this will in one way or another solve the monetary problem which is a calamity in most of the religious
institutions, so to wind up on this enough support is required.
The project of investing the church hall is under
the building committee which has been given the mandate on making sure that the
hall is build in a cost of tshs 800,000/= this committee is lead by Mr. Jeremia
Makwabe as a chairman with other five members; the needs such amount of money to
accomplish it within three years so the it has various strategies of collecting
such money.
The means of making sure that the collection is done
are through the forms, cards, fund-raising, collections from donors and the
weekly collection from Christians from within the parish.
This building will have great importance to the
people as it will be used for prayers by various spiritual, they will use for
the meetings, this will also reduce monetary problem in the parish as the halls
will be used for renting in the wedding and send-offs by this increases the
income of the parish.
This hall is expected to involve the offices of
different apostolic groups which are found in the parish such as the Parish
Priest office and his vice, Catholic Women, Catholic Youth Workers, and so
forth apart from offices it is expected to comprise the ground floor and first
floor hall.
It has been a challenge among other parishes to
eradicate the monetary problem by having the different ideas to make invest in
various places so as to reduce the burden to the Christians on contribution
during the masses. So the church needs to be dependent and not much to their
followers; kawe and other parishes are likely to be a good example in making
sure that the monetary dependence is reduced. All in all the Christian have to
show cooperation to the committee concerned in order to have progress in the
economic level of the parishes.
IMPORTANCE OF FRUIT IN THE HUMAN BODY
Fruits are an important part of a healthy diet; they are naturally low in calories, fat, sodium and cholesterol, rather than being rich in vitamin and mineral fruits play an important role in keeping the body healthy and have many benefits in the human body.
Fruits are highly needed in the human body to the children, youth and even the elders as the body has to grow, being protected and maintained; the health of any person basically depends on food and not otherwise by this fruits are much needed to play the basic needs of food since they contain vitamins and mineral.
Although fruit is nature's food and contains minerals, not all the people with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia or an autoimmune disorder are good with all fruit for the following reasons:-
Most chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia sufferers are sodium deficient and eating fruit (which is naturally rich in potassium) exacerbates this situation making the sufferer feel generally less than good.
Some of the fruits basic for human healthy
Fruit with a bloom such as grapes and plums and the various varieties of melon tend to be high in yeasts and since most chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia sufferers have issues around candidal overgrowth and are sensitized to yeasts these foods can also prove problematic.
The citrus fruits whilst acidic actually rapidly create alkaline conditions within the body which can mobilize acids causing an adverse reaction; the citrus fruits are also the only fruits to occupy a slot in the top 10 food allergens so are best avoided if you have multiple food intolerances many chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia sufferers do.
Dried fruits are best avoided because they are high in sugar (i.e.: have a high glycaemic
index or GI) and yeast and also are often treated with sulfur dioxide to prevent oxidation and discoloration of the fruit. They also lose much of their vitamin C in the drying process.
Fruit smoothed and other fruit juices whilst containing many nutrients have been stripped of the fiber and pulp of the whole fruit and so have a high GI and often contain orange juice too, which may be problematic for chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia sufferers.
Apart from the reasons stated above for special groups of people; fruit have great importance to the human body, whilst debate rages even among nutrients as to the merits or otherwise of eating grains and animal proteins, one thing agreed upon is the value of eating a diet containing a rich variety of fruit.
Fruits lower risk of illness and diseases; fruits contain many vitamins and nutrients that may reduce risk for many illnesses including stroke, heart disease and other heart-related illness, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers such as mouth, stomach and colon-rectum cancer, kidney stones and bone loss.
Fruits hydrate the body; fruits are made up of 90 percent 95 percent water, water is an important nutrient. It is responsible for transporting nutrients around

Fruits give the body energy; all fruits contain carbohydrates, which are the body's main source of energy. Carbohydrates in fruits are mainly sugar, which break down easily and make a quick source of energy.
THE MASSIVE INCREASE IN STREET CHILDREN IN THE GROWING CITIES
The growing cities like Dar-es-Salaam, Mwanza and various cities face a great problem of the massive increase of the so know as street children in the city centres like posta, kariakoo and other places. The street children are all those children who are living difficult situation after been separated by their parent from various reasons so they tend to run away from their homes.
The increase number of street children in the growing cities has been a problem and a burden to the government and people in Dar-es-Salaam as they have to give a monetary support to these people. It has been a tendency to these children of asking for money for the people in buses mostly when the buses stop in the traffic lights and sometimes when the traffic jams occur in the main roads; this has been a chaos to the people.
In actual fact; the increase of the street children is resulted by family separation, divorce, abandoning the children, death of the parents, tendency of children to move to town and other reasons resulting on this; the great cause of this is the
economic problem facing various families and the society at large so tends to children move to towns at least to look for better life which proves them wrong so they end up in the street.
Effects of having street children in the growing cities like Dar-es-Salaam economically, socially and spheres of life could be as follows;-
Street children lead to increase social evils in various streets where they are such as theft, prostitution, and other social unrests, because these children do not have any source of income so they tend to engage in such evils to have something that will make them access in their life.
The national faces a great loss of disciplined labor, uneducated human resource as they get no time to embark in the education life so they luck a remarkable background in having the good morals. These children become of less important to the government and the families since this miss what has to them in that way. Some would have been expected to be doctor, soldiers and being useful in any way to the nation.
Being a national problem the government has solve this as it give bad view national wise, is has to control the situation by reducing hardships in the villages through the provision employment to people on which can be helpful to such children, employment chances stimulate the living standard of people and by this will not attract children from moving to the towns.
The parents have to play their part by taking care of the children because a great number of their increase in street is resulted by the failure of the parents to handle them with much care, supply them with the basic needs such as food, cloth and even educational needs and some are forced to have the early marriage.
Thus; children end up at running from the cruel treatment from these families the education has to be given basically to the people with the tendency of damping their children as they fail to give them what are needed as the parent such actions are against the human rights; the law has to take more steps on such people. By this will help to reduce the calamity of the increase in the street
children and reduce the social evils that are done to the people such prostitution and hooliganism among the youth.
The society must understand that this is a social calamity and each person has to have a full cooperation aiming at eradicating this problem, together we can fight on the matter; let each of us not being a source of increasing the street children by any reason rather than reducing them.
