IMPORTANCE OF FRUIT IN THE HUMAN BODY

Fruits are an important part of a healthy diet; they are naturally low in calories, fat, sodium and cholesterol, rather than being rich in vitamin and mineral fruits play an important role in keeping the body healthy and have many benefits in the human body.

Fruits are highly needed in the human body to the children, youth and even the elders as the body has to grow, being protected and maintained; the health of any person basically depends on food and not otherwise by this fruits are much needed to play the basic needs of food since they contain vitamins and mineral.

Although fruit is nature's food and contains minerals, not all the people with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia or an autoimmune disorder are good with all fruit for the following reasons:-
Most chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia sufferers are sodium deficient and eating fruit (which is naturally rich in potassium) exacerbates this situation making the sufferer feel generally less than good.
Some of the fruits basic for human healthy

Fruit with a bloom such as grapes and plums and the various varieties of melon tend to be high in yeasts and since most chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia sufferers have issues around candidal overgrowth and are sensitized to yeasts these foods can also prove problematic.

The citrus fruits whilst acidic actually rapidly create alkaline conditions within the body which can mobilize acids causing an adverse reaction; the citrus fruits are also the only fruits to occupy a slot in the top 10 food allergens so are best avoided if you have multiple food intolerances many chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia sufferers do.

Dried fruits are best avoided because they are high in sugar (i.e.: have a high glycaemic
index or GI) and yeast and also are often treated with sulfur dioxide to prevent oxidation and discoloration of the fruit. They also lose much of their vitamin C in the drying process.

Fruit smoothed and other fruit juices whilst containing many nutrients have been stripped of the fiber and pulp of the whole fruit and so have a high GI and often contain orange juice too, which may be problematic for chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia sufferers.

Apart from the reasons stated above for special groups of people; fruit have great importance to the human body, whilst debate rages even among nutrients  as to the merits or otherwise of eating grains and animal proteins, one thing agreed upon  is the value of eating  a diet containing a rich variety of fruit.

Fruits lower risk of illness and diseases; fruits contain many vitamins and  nutrients that may reduce risk for many illnesses including stroke, heart disease and other heart-related illness, type 2 diabetes, certain cancers such as mouth, stomach and colon-rectum cancer, kidney stones and bone loss.

Fruits hydrate the body; fruits are made up of 90 percent 95 percent water, water is an important nutrient. It is responsible for transporting nutrients around

the body, regulating body temperature, keeping joints moist, and getting rid of waste products in the body.

Fruits keep the body regular; fruits are rich in fiber, which is essential for the smooth movement of food in the body's digestive system, fruits help maintain easy bowel action and eating fruits every day will prevent constipation.
Fruits give the body energy; all fruits contain carbohydrates, which are the body's main source of energy. Carbohydrates in fruits are mainly sugar, which break down easily and make a quick source of energy.
